Exchanges & Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we also understand that not every purchase will be exactly right. At Kato Swim we understand that shopping for clothing online can be difficult, so we are happy to accept exchanges or returns within a 14-day period from date of delivery, provided that each item is returned to us in its original (as sold) condition, unworn, unwashed with packaging and all labels and hygiene stickers intact.
For items that may be faulty, we will issue an exchange or refund upon inspection of the item. Requested exchange items are subject to availability. If we cannot exchange your item for another, a refund will be issued. Please note that where it is clear the care instructions have not been followed, no refund or exchange will be granted. Please refer to our Fabric Care page for recommended instructions.
Are returns and exchanges free?
The cost of shipping items back to us for the purposes of exchange will not be covered or reimbursed by us. Any items that we send back to you will be sent free of charge.
If your item is deemed to be faulty or damaged any reasonable return postage costs will be reimbursed when we receive proof of purchase (either through receipt or bank statement).
Organising a return or exchange
Please email us at email@example.com to notify us of your return and reason and we will provide you with all the details you need.
Using a registered postage service and recording your tracking details will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.

Testing the fit after purchase
When trying on swimwear, please ensure that it is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it’s obvious that this hasn’t been done, or the hygiene sticker has been removed.
